Manager/Supervisor

We are currently seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to join our fast-growing security company in Southern California.

Requirements:

Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Minimum of 2 years of verifiable experience as a supervisor in a corporate environment
Former law enforcement or military training is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of SOP in corporate environments
Strong computer skills
Must possess a valid guard card
Must be able to go through background check process

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with management
Creating and managing schedules
Handling call-offs and coverage adjustments
Conducting site checks to ensure post compliance
Providing field support and working in the field as needed

Starting pay: $22–$24/hour
